At Help is Here, we are dedicated to providing essential needs to the people that need them most. We believe that no one should go without the basic necessities of life.
Our mission statement
There are times when everyone is at their worst and may need a helping hand. Help is here! This non-profit aims to provide free hygiene items and similar types of assistance ,such as cell phone chargers, to Houstonians in need.
Our founders
Our names are Shepherd and Jake. Together, we founded the Help is Here Non-profit organization. Our goal as leaders is to make sure that we are providing assistance to the people who need it most and making sure that our kits of essential items are the best they can be.
We are currently high school students in Houston, Texas. We have a longtime commitment to community services through organizations Young Men’s Service League. We are excited to provide assistance to as many people as we can through Help Is Here.
